“Water is Life”
I am not a film-maker, but I put this video together at home on iMovie for the University of Saskatchewan’s “Let’s Talk About Water” short film festival. I’m not sure how it will do in the international contest, but it has at least been accepted. I hope that you enjoy it. It won’t surprise you to know that I feel strongly about the importance of preserving all the fresh water on this planet, protecting rivers and lakes from pollution. This topic is especially relevant in Alberta at the moment, as we fight to protect the Eastern Slopes of the Rocky Mountains and headwaters of most of Southern Alberta’s rivers from the environmental threats posed by open-pit coal mining. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=AZN6xayZSo0
